Questions & AnswersCategory: QuestionsError on form submission.
Marco asked 7 years ago
Something seems to have recently changed as I now get this error on submitting a form. I have removed the Multilingualizer code and the error goes away so it looks like some new incompatibility. A screenshot can be seen here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ertd95bntzkyjcn/multilingualizer_form.png?dl=0 Can you please take a look at this and get back to me?

Hey Marco.
The link you posted leads to a completely blank page. Is your website on Squarespace? If so, please get the newest code for the ML from your account page and paste it in the header code injection (after removing the previous one entirely).
Additionally, if that doesn’t resolve your issue, please make sure you don’t have any copy/pasted WORD text in your website, as that gives all sorts of error with the ML due to corrupt/phantom HTML.
Regards.

I tried your suggestion but its the same as before. After some tests, it appears that once the …. .. …. syntax is used, the error appears. I manually typed the text to avoid any problems with Word etc.

Yes, it is a Squarespace site. The Dropbox link should show you a screenshot of the error. If you email me, I can send it to you. Or visit http://www.lumemilano.com and try fill in the form at the bottom of the page.

I get “Unable to submit form, please try again”. There is something interfering with the Multilingualizer code and making everything break most likely. Are you able to provide me with admin access to your website so I can have a browse and clear up the issue? Send it to my private email – [email protected]

Thanks Vas, I dropped you an email yesterday. Did you see it?
