How to upgrade the Multilingualizer

After some complaints from users, we withdrew our automatic updates for the Multilingualizer. Sometimes, customers had set things up in a way to work with our older versions, and the newer versions would then change their layout.

Typically, this would not happen, but sometimes was enough, so instead we now have versions of the Multilingualizer.

So – if you have an issue, that is solved by an update – click the My Account link in our menu, and follow the simple steps below.

  1. Re-click the button to generate your code for your language configuration
  2. Copy the code
  3. Log into your website platform, find where you have your current version installed
  4. Delete the current code
  5. Paste the new code

Information about updates to our codebase are being regularly posted to our blog, but if you are in doubt if it would help you, chat to us using our chat bubble.
