Product: Multilingualizer

The code injection is disabling the souncloud block in Squarespce. Is there a way to avoid it or is it a bug?

Can you provide a test URL where I can see this happening? The Multilingualizer has in-built code to prevent it from altering anything related to scripts – I’ll need to see the page and the JavaScript console in order to figure this out for you.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the prompt response. Here it is the website:https://www.chantal-coaching.com/daily-meditation-1 you will get directly to the section where we should have the embedded soundcloud block. If I disable the multilingualizer, then it works fine.

Also I have noticed that the tool is not removing the other translated text when you have an URL on it. It is showing as a white box

  For the URL thing, please avoid allowing Squarespace to automatically create a hyperlink – instead, highlight the text you wish to be a hyperlink and then click the button in their interface to create the hyperlink.
  
  For soundcloud, please don’t include the Soundcloud hyperlink inside a translation block as that’s what’s breaking this – instead, create a single Soundcloud link and then you can have a translation block inside THAT single hyperlink.

    Thanks Dave for the tips on the hyperlink. It gave me an idea for the SoundCloud block. I only added a text before the SoundCloud block then it enables the block to be visible on the page. It works fine now.
    
    One more question: when I am using the Quote block, I am using the translation inside the block. The translation is working fine but it is leaving big white space like it is hiding the word. Is there a possibility to remove this white space?

      Can you provide a link for me to see this? Have you tried both shorthand and longhand inside the quote? Do you have newlines inside your quote? If so, remove the newlines – e.g:
      
      ….This product is amazing..Ce produit est encryoable….
      
      Rather than:
      
      ….
      This product is amazing
      ..
      Ce produit est encroyable
      ….

        you were right. It doesn’t like to have newline inside the quote. I have removed them and it is now showing fine. Thanks
