Hi,
I want to create marketing ads and use a specific language depending on the audience, mostly in English, but my main language is Dutch. How can I make sure they are seeing the English version and not the first language?

If you use language-specific pages then you can put language-specific content on there, for example language-specific adverts or language-specific contact forms.
However, if you are using Adsense or most other advertising systems, they will advertise in the users language on your behalf.
