It’s not possible to alter currencies on the checkout pages unfortunately, not until Squarespace add their own full multi-currency capabilities. This is due to PCI compliance meaning no third-party JS can run on pages taking payment. So users will see their own chosen currency on all your shop pages, basket etc, but then it will be in your store currency on the checkout pages.
