My order is still processing and I trusted it to be complete within the trial period. I already started translated the website so it looks ridiculous right now. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Jazz, can you give me the number of your order? Has it been stuck on processing since you bought? Have the funds been transferred already?

If you go to your account there should be a link there to download, this is a bug, apologies Jazz.

Hi Johnite and Vas, there isn’t any link to download just the invoice and the generator for the trial. My order number is 8244. PayPal shows me the funds were transferred the 23rd.

Hi Jazz, It looks like this is a bug at our end, if possible can you give us the weekend to look at this, given the time of year? Sorry for the delay, the bug looks unique to your account for some reason there has been a fair few sales since your purchase. Will be in touch as soon as possible. Happy new Year!

The Order Processing bug was because we switched from a downloadable file to a step-by-step guide after purchase. This meant woocommerce stopped marking the items as complete.
We recently updated all these orders to complete so if this affected you, you would have received an order completed email. This does not mean there is any more money to pay! We received quite a few emails after we fixed this bug from customers concerned that was the case but rest assured it’s not.
Anyway – the Order Processing bug is now fixed.
