Questions & AnswersCategory: QuestionsScript does not run when a post is opened in a new tab / Weird line breaks
Bora asked 8 years ago
I experience two very annoying problems: 1. When I open my posts in a new tab via right mouse click, the script does not always run. If this happens to a reader, this really leaves a bad impression. 2. Weird line breaks occur when I switch to the second language (for example here after the first 3 pics or here  .   I even tried to set it up like this: .... bla bla .. blabla .... instead of .... blabla .. blabla blabla .... and yet these weird spaces occur in almost every article. Can u help? This really looks highly improfessional.

Hi – I’m not able to replicate your first issue. Is there a particular article that when you open it with right click that it doesn’t open?
For your 2nd issue, I can see the gaps – there are two things that can cause this with the Multilingualizer:
The first is <br> HTML tags. These are line breaks which are entered into text when you hit SHIFT+ENTER – what happens is a <br> tag is inserted instead of a normal <p> paragraph tag. I don’t have a solution for this – only a workaround – the workaround is to remove these linebreaks and replace them with normal paragraphs and then your text will behave normally.
In your visual editor, you will be able to see these if you see newlines which appear immediately below the line above. If you change these to normal ENTER (not SHIFT+ENTER) paragraphs instead of line breaks.
The second cause is bullet points which need to be translated one line at a time rather than as a block.

Dear Dave,
The problem is that these breaks often appear in the very beginning of a paragraph (first sentence of a text block) where I neither hit enter nor shift+enter.
