Hello,
I've followed the installation instructions provided on your website as well as in your YouTube tutorials, but the Squarespace extension is not working (none of the hard-coded words are being translated). Given that I am wanting to translate them in French, I just had to copy and paste the code as it is, but it isn't working.
I've sent you a message about this last week already but I haven't heard back from you.
Please get back to me as soon as possible as this is an urgent matter.

I’ve updated the support pages to include a link to the Squarespace extensions script. If you wish to translate the hard-coded pieces of text, you can access the extension file and guide here:

Hi – I’ve replied to your email. There are some additional texts in your theme I will need to get translated to handle the hard-coded texts.
