Questions & AnswersCategory: QuestionsUsing the installation service
Phil asked 7 years ago
I'm not adept at coding and would like to have the multilingualizer installed on my Squarespace site quickly and properly so would like to use the Install Service. Before I order it, though, can you confirm that you will also translate forms and buttons on the page, please? Also, if I discover any errors afterwards, will these be rectified at no extra cost? Thanks

Hi Phil,
Thank you for your custom.
If your second language is french ,then we already have the translations for forms and buttons available, if it is any other language we would need you to provide the translation you would like and we will put it onto the forms for you. Any other issues will be rectified during the install.
Regards
John

Hi John,

I have two languages ready to go. Will they both be installed for £20 and how long will it take, please?

The installation service does not include configuring all of your translations for you. It includes setting up the code, and setting up an example page for you so you can see how it works and replicate this yourself.

Will you also set up the code for the forms and buttons?

Hi Phil,
Yes we will ensure it works everywhere on your site. We will fix any wee bugs we come across too.
Kind regards
John
